All orders received are made to order as we carry plain stocks and then embroider or print the Club/School/Team logo as required.
Every effort will be made to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but in the event of any delay we will contact you to keep you informed.
All orders are delivered to the Club/School/Team once a week (twice a week with peak ordering) and will be individually packed with your order ID ready for collection free of charge.
If you require your order to be sent to an alternative address we can arrange this for you at a flat rate of £5.00, this fee applies whether you are ordering multiple items or just one small item.
Clubwear/Schoolwear/Teamwear items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your Clubwear/Schoolwear/Teamwear may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver your order in the above timescales and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.

Back to school September 1st
Cut off date for School delivery is the 14th August for collection from the school office on 2nd September. Any orders after 3pm on the 14th will be delivered to the school Friday 11th September - PLEASE TAKE NOTE
Cut off date for home deliveries before school re-opens is 3pm on the 19th August for delivery to your home address on 27th August. Any orders after the 19th will be delivered to your home address on Thursday 10th September - PLEASE TAKE NOTE
